Currently 6'6" 235. Was low as 217 this last year but been bulking up this winter. I still have women checking me out, guys asking what my situation is regarding dating, but I've just been focused on graduating and my purpose. MC lyte was a great emcee, very skilled. I know I can bulk a ton, but wanting to make sure I don't get a gut. I was at gym this morning, usually walk the trail which is about 8,000 steps. With current school semester, I cannot hyperfocus on fitness as much I did during 2021, but I am glad I did get it in.

I'm 6'6" 240. Been in the gym since getting out of the military. At one point I was 265, not fat all muscle. My joints couldn't handle that weight. (53) now. I'm always in sweat pants and top and the gym. I don't care if it's 90 outside, I still wear that. Girls in the gym, when are you going to take off that top. You can see my chest in the sweat top. And it's a 4x, I always laugh and joke with them. 95% of the women in the gym (Morning) are married. You gotta have that mouthpiece in tack. I get hit on all the time, I just blow them off. If they would catch me in my young military years. I would have been blowing them backs out.
