Love watching Mark Bowden. I’ve been watching Mark with Chase, Mark, and Greg on The Behaviour Panel and I’m happy to hear him focus on Zoom Meetings, which we are all doing a lot of in these past few years. Just wanted to say hi from a Canadian Wheat Farmer 😊

I just ran across this video and was so surprised to see Mark Bowden as your guest. I’ve just recently started watching him, on the The Behavior Panel, along with Chase, Greg and Scott. I love to hear everything Mark shares on the show. He’s so passionate about his art, very talented, entertaining and he mixes in some fantastic humor. He really holds your interest. I was laughing so hard just last night, watching Mark doing an impression of the Grinch, to show the facial expressions of Stephanie Lazarus🤣He was so on point. So it’s really nice to see him on other shows too. Thanks so much for your video.

Hi Mark, i’m wondering if all people in Great Britain speak with their hands the way you do? I realize sometimes you’re making a point, but I noticed on many videos you do it. I’m Italian and I’m wondering if people from Great Britain, like Italians, most always use their hands. Thank you so much for your wonderful work, your brains, and sense of humor.🧜♀️

Bowden is a fantastic presenter who knows his craft. He offered great body language tips for overall presentations; he offered some body language tips for Zoom presenters. Wish Coakwell had kept the discussion focused on the podcast title: Body Language and ZOOM Tips. A very worthwhile episode, but not enough on interacting with the camera to suit my needs.

Mark does a stellar job of educating and it makes me want to listen to more because he makes it easy to grasp. I especially love how he explains how the brain works. I still am all nose and distorted in my zoom videos but I’ll find someone to practice with.

Mark, Please do Fauci. Although I believe you are the most entertaining of your peers, winning the guru poll only rates your popularity. Ones' professional status is graded by others in the field. I don't know any better. So, Do Fauci.. pretty please. Cheers

This is true gold. Bowden is spot on and a real master. Just watching and listening is absorptive. It’s amazing his depth of knowledge and expertise, yet without any distracting arrogance or narcissism that too often come along. Can’t wait to try these things in my next meetings!

Super video, Mark. I think the public or clients have a fixed image of accountants eg they are bland, boring & cold, fixated on numbers & details, no fun, probably penny pinching, risk averse, lack sophistication, no imagination or creativity but are necessary & helpful if they help lower your tax bill! Tim - your office is decor is bland & a bit cheap & your camera should be lowered a bit because it looked like you were sinking into the floor. You were personally perfectly attired & presented for any client who would walk through the door. You look trustworthy. Accountants must see things from their clients’ perspective eg an advertising agency, charity & hedge fund will have different objectives & risk/benefit perspective & your communication with them must reflect that.

I like how Mark has his books arranged so that they can be seen. I've thought for years about software that would do book spine recognition so that I could determine the books on peoples shelves. I could learn a lot about the people and get a great reading list.

i have a gift, its a feeling really. ill get flashes in my minds eye about a person. i used to over look it. dismiss it. i see it has a gift now. im way more right than i am wrong with my feelings i get. good and bad. its not always negative. my last 60 bucks. had a good feeling all day about playing blackjack at the casino. less than 30 minutes walked out with 1200. over road a bad feeling i was having half the day. got ejected from the truck in a wreck.

That's what I 'want' to see in my CPA. The 'predictable' Mark decisively turns a ledger page then {it's that hand motion, I'm not looking at the page however Mark's motion SHOWS me he has astutely studied those figures and he's about to give me the bottom line or tell me where we need to go from here. It's that hand motion} seen at 8:02 of 59:02 i love that the ledger's blank....yet i have confidence Mark's studied every last page. Going to have to watch my accountant more carefully now.
