Just over the last few months, his acuity has drastically changed. I have lost 2 family members to Alzheimer’s Disease. His behavior, inability to stay on task, inability to follow topics from point A to B and his declining motor skills all remind me of how painful it was to see my grandmother disappear whileright in front of me. She couldn’t remember short term memory issues and couldn’t recognize me anymore because her memory of me was of a small child not a 20 something woman. If you look at the footage of him returning to on AF1 at night, he appears to not know where to go and has to be led like a child to his limo. He is markedly more oriented in the early day (noon for him by WH daily schedules) and is able to stay on point when asked questions during daytime events. Neither candidate is a prize IMHO but I think Joe has less aging issues than Trump. He has always had gaffes that may be connected to his childhood speech impairment. He understands how the Government is supposed to work and understands what duties fall under the President’s role. I’m tired of the emotional fatigue Trumps daily episodes of “OMG. Trump said/did what?” emotional rollercoaster he has subjected America to. I want off his ride and will vote for anyone but Trump.

This piece does not show any recent photos. I think in the beginning she was very unhappy about being dragged into this dream of his. She seemed quite angry and was probably terrified of being in such a highly scrutinized position. This second time around, she seems much happier and more relaxed. I think she has really enjoyed the past four years as First Lady and her feelings toward him have warmed considerably.

Every marriage evolves, has challenges and faces controversy. I cannot even imagine the strain that being president and first lady puts on a marriage. When do they even have time for each other? He works 19 hours a day and she has a staff of 5 or 6 where Michelle Obama had a staff of 24 so I am assuming that Mrs. Trump works hard too. Melania is Eastern European. Culturally, they are very reserved and private, especially by American standards. It's no secret that Melania did not want to leave New York and their lifestyle to come to Washington. They have been under intense scrutiny and hostility moving into the White House. They are criticized for everything they do. It's no wonder that she appears unhappy at times. However, she is a great First Lady...very beautiful and classy.
