Body Massage for Complete Relaxation in 40 Mins (No Talking)

Today we are going to do a body massage request. It's a mix of a few different massage requests and we're going to do the legs and a bit of the back. We're focusing more on the relaxation element today so no talking on this one while we're doing the massage. We'll just treat this as massaging in the house using tips and tricks that I've picked up along the years.

It’s a Lush massage bar. I didn’t think I’d like it but I picked a subtle scent & it’s a great massage medium! 👍🏻
