I live in Phoenix, Arizona so I am well aware of extreme heat conditions. There is no escaping the heat when out of doors whereas with cold temperatures you can always rely upon layers and constant movement. to aid matters.

Check the weather forecast before you do anything. It could be cold in the morning but mid day can reach 100 degrees, heat stroke makes you confused and unable to make a smart decision. Stay indoors until 5 or 6 pm. Don’t go without a phone. Find emergency number before you leave and don’t go alone even you are an experienced person . If you stay inside use wet towels to lower your temperature. Take showers. Above 35 C it’s dangerous to go out. Please heatstroke kill people take it very serious. The world temperature is rising, I remember when my children were little we had 2 or 3 days over 100 F . 40 years later it’s a complete month in summer with 100 and sometimes more days. I will never go to do exercise in summer weather.

Send my condolences to them. 🕊 Just told a friend today who is rethinking decision to mover closer to family. I told her moments should me cherished, since tomorrow is never promised. Asked her to not regret going to be a big sis to her sisters who need her. To stay for a career that will come and go. But cherish the time and make moments great again in her life since they are once in a lifetime. Especially after seeing the splash pad incident.
