Micheal kory is always my go to when it comes to making my food in the kitchen, I refuse to trust anyone else. Him & Johnny Sins are my go to....🥰

Love your recipes always worth a try. Would you ever consider cooking challenges? So a subscriber gives you 5 ingredients and you need to make a meal out of them? Since I'm in college we could be left with some random items of food left after the week, think this would be a cool way to us up leftovers.

Instead of light ranch dressing what I use is Fat free/ Low fat sour cream and a ranch packet. It adds protein to the dressing. for a even lighter version I use fat-free plain yogurt and it goes a lot longer with fewer calories and helps with the macros.

Hey Michael, love your videos dude...I have a quick question. I am fairly lean, but can't see my abs - every article I seem to read advocates losing more body fat, but I feel that if I lose any more I'm just going to look way too thin. What do you think would be the best way to tackle this issue? I rarely work my abs directly, and as such have no definition - should I incorporate direct ab exercises with weights, or will strength (and therefore a bit of definition hopefully) develop as a result of sticking to the gym and eating enough/eating well. Thanks man!!
@Mushi9810 жыл бұрын
Either your abs are very weak, or you still have belly fat although you are lean. My guess is the second, since you describe my exact situation before I started lifting. (But my abs were trained quite frequently so you might have too-weak-to-see abs) I suggest doing some cable crunches in the gym, and maybe some hanging leg raises so build the abs (this is done in the bulking phase), then when you'll cut you'll have nice, defined abs.

isn't the chicken macros inaccurate if you measure after its cooked since they are usuall yfor "raw" chicken?
@Rollermacka9 жыл бұрын
Hmm, I might try these and add half a cup of broccoli to the filling (never bad to get alittle more "roughage" as I like to call it). As for recipe videos, have you done an "oven fried" fish video yet?
