@barrylarryharry7183 hello Barry. During the warm months March to October, I train for distance races. I just returned to strength training and I have retained a good portion of what I have developed. I also took this approach to training for my runs and ran my two fastest races at the age of 42. I'm a believer.

Hi Dan, question regarding the ABC. I had this idea to incorporate a moving target to the rep scheme, to keep the reps per exercise even (I’m OCD lol), and basically I did it for 30 mins EMOM, changing the rep scheme every 10 mins. Min 1-10: 1C-3P-2S Min 11-20: 3C-2P-1S Min 21-30: 2C-1P-3S Is this a good way to approach it? It was brutal with 2x24kg. 🥴 Thanks for your content!

If you can keep track, yes. I like to just get in the groove and go.

Hi Dan, I really want to try this out! I'm afraid I didn't understand what should be the sets and reps of the "high load" movement after the warmup.I would appreciate if you can elaborate. For the "high volume" movement - should the total number of reps be roughly 5 times my max reps? Both of the dips and chins examples you mentioned had that in common but not sure if it was intentional or not. Thanks!

Also, the best thing to do is just pick up the book. It’s called. Mass made simple. You can get it on Amazon or on target publications

Thanks dan, I already own “mass made simple” , “easy strength” and the omnibook. Trying to implement mass made even simpler.. took the lower body part from mms and was watching this video trying to understand how to implement the upper body part. Maybe I am missing something here, i will try to refer to the books again.

Gymnasts don't load handstand pushups. It's the wall first. Then parellettes w/o the wall. Then single arm with the wall
