Ronnie Coleman is a 8x Mr. Olympia winner. He’s regarded as one of the greatest ever bodybuilders, earning the nickname ‘GOAT’ (Greatest Of All Time).
Born and raised in the Pelican State, Louisiana (USA), Ronnie was raised by a single mother - alongside a younger brother and two sisters.
As a very sporty child, he reached a high-level playing football during high school; his naturally bulky frame helped him power through others his age, and he became known for his imposing figure. Due to his growing reputation in football, Ronnie became determined to stay stronger than his peers. He worked tirelessly to gain strength and size. Ultimately, this is what motivated him to begin lifting weights and set out on his fitness journey.

Xzzz10 but it is Why would a man so famous in the world of bodybuilding and powerlifting (And basically every sport that involves muscle) want to take his already broken body and knowing that he could and would get injured heavily and even more badly than he already is? For me this is the spirit of strength No one would say such a thing after something so painful happened to him yet ronnie does and he isn't afraid of what will happen

Self destruction? People get old. People stop bodybuilding 24/7/365. People stop juicing when they stop bodybuilding. Lifetime’s worth of bodybuilding takes a toll on the body, and caused him major injuries. You think Larry Bird can go out and mail 3 after 3 after 3? Difference is, with bodybuilding, the physique is visual, and shows the change firsthand. NOONE will ever remain at their peak physical shape, whether it’s 8x Mr Olympians, or your dumb ass. You are a fucking idiot. This guy is THEE all-time Bodybuilder. When you discover the anti-aging process, let us know. Thanks!

@@rambojohnj.6117 Just as I thought. You have the attention span of a four year old and difficulties in comprehending written narrative. My point from the start was that the man has ruined bis body because he was driven to the point where he had almost more metal than bone within him. He didn't just twist an ancle or tore his acl - the man's spine is fused from top to bottom... Ronny may be your hero, but he was and still is an addict to self destruction. A sport in which you have to decay yourself to be the biggest and the best? You will have to admit there are Better options.

Man if guys like me or you do the same workout, same diet and same anabolics for the same amount of time we will not even be closer to him 😂. Genetics does matter.. I agree that genetics are not the only thing. Hardwork, diet does give impressive results but your potential of gaining muscle mass is a genetic factor and IT IS SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN THING... Okay so before shutting my fuck up, just know that not every human is same nor everyone can gain that amount of muscle. I would suggest you to read some researches of KC Butt, Alan Aragon and then tell me if I am wrong. Hardwork, diet lifestyle are the factors in your hand but you can't change your genetics dude

@@nicholas104 Probably. Idk the mans stats rn, but he was awful strong for a bodybuilder at his prime. You tell me though, I bench 150 KG, squat 205 KG, and deadlift 225 KG. I am more than happy with those stats and don't feel the need to compare myself to others nor would I like to compare myseld to a legend like Ronnie. But still, the fact stands that he is not fit or even fitter than other men his age. He is in constant pain and can't tie his shoes alone. Idk what kind of men you encountered but there are mostly fit enough for their daily live without suffering pain everyday. Also, it's besides the point if he benches more or not. Do you think a strong bench makes you fit? You better not fool yourself.
