@alexisvnc8 жыл бұрын
did you ever talked to him back then? Sometimes people can be very different off camera, even though I feel like ronnie is the same lol
@1stGenStunter8 жыл бұрын
He's pretty quiet and I'm not really the star-struck type. I saw those guys all the time because we worked out at a couple of the same gyms in the area back then. That particular gym is not the "shoot the breeze with your friends" type of place, at least not back then. It's in an industrial park and it's kind of dirty and unassuming outside. Having said that, there's a certain type of person attracted to that type of environment. They played whatever kind of music you wanted, they had two home-style (non-commercial) treadmills, and the rest was old old-school type of machines and weights. It was some big dudes in there that were all about getting Down Dirty and Hardcore. I loved it.
@alexisvnc8 жыл бұрын
1stGenStunter yeah, I kinda understand what type of environment it was back then. 1 more question. Did he was all about high reps with maximal weight for those high reps sets or did he train like we see in the dvds? Cause I've been saying this for a long time, but I'd bet my money ronnie would only go crazy heavy with low reps when the cameras were on
@1stGenStunter8 жыл бұрын
I never personally saw him workout with a camera crew or those types of weights he used on-camera. I would see him at least once or twice a week and his workout looked to be high-intensity but not the crazy liftsuit, everybody stop and stare type. If you didn't know who he was, he was just the huge dude in there lifting, not looking for attention.

Ronnie is a great role model for many kids man, his hard work and dedication. He achieved greatness and was still holding down a job as an officer. A real genuine and kind guy with the strength, power and body matcher by very very few. Much respect Mr Coleman

When he said he could have gone 3 more when squatting 800, it clearly shows he could. He buried in deep with the 2nd rep and made it look easy on the way up. A beast.

Reading the comments and shaking my head. See that's the problem with us millennials, disrespect of people who paved the way or contributed to any type of evolution before us. You dont have to like him personally, but respect his work ethic and commitment. He can die happy today. At least he reach a dream that he once, never thought he or anybody could accomplish.

Sorry sir it is not evolution but it's degradation. We love natural bodybuilding. And Ronnie sir could have been 10 times Mr Olympia had he not madly lifted this much heavy and ruined his body

this dude naturally had enough genetics to beat top steroid users. i think that's why when he started taking roids his body/midsection was way too over developed. he has some huge fucking arms

@umnachtet52297 жыл бұрын
Are you high? Chad put him on the all you can eat hormone buffet early enough. This means he abused every potent anabolic substance there is. His Midsection grew from the mega dosed gh+insulin plans, which were implemented from 98 onwards... 75% of human igf1 receptors are in the intestines...
