They tend to be mostly Peruvian and or other South American countries. Not Central America. Very wealthy towns in California have been dealing with these organized rings for several years. Now, even in Ohio? Obviously yes! Anywhere. Arrive with carefully planned addresses. Everything mapped out.

@ He had probable cause to pull him over and issue a ticket for the illegal lane change, and he said he wasn't going to. At that moment, the driver can ask if he's free to leave. Unless the driver is impaired, or the cop sees evidence of another crime being committed, there's no probable cause to search the vehicle.
