ESPECIALLY if there is sufficient personnel on site which there clearly was in this case.. Seeing it from the helo's perspective while listening to the ongoing conversations drove the intense exhileration of this video. There have been a lot of suicide-by-cop incidents in these videos, but I've rarely seen the instigator cause this much havoc. The pure luck of the officer to receive a gunshot head-wound that proved to be superficial is unbelievable. I'm so glad he is OK, his conduct was heroic.
