People are suggesting autism, but frankly, it feels like a different developmental issue, like she can't form meaningful relationships due to parental neglect or even abuse quite possibly. And she doesn't have a solid grasp on socially appropriate behavior, particular that which preteens would potentially have as a misunderstanding, But then there's the social manipulation, which is dangerously close to narcissistic tendencies
