UM for those of you and there were plenty - who wondered how she could have lugged him to the firepit - first of all imo she shot him and missed inside the house - he ran outside toward the firepit he tripped fell in and she shot him which was the bullet lodged in his rib cage - or if you can't believe that - there is another case or two - google it - one is a woman who killed her mother put her in a tote and lugged her to the garage - another case - a wife killed her national guard husband into a tote drove him away - and if that is not enough - google Melody Farris - when she was actually arrested SEVEN years ago and look at her!!! She weight more and looked MUCH different! So there is all of that IMO AND AND AND if that isn't convincing enough - how about how Melody and Amanda were standing over the burn pile and DIDN"T notice there was someone in there?!?!? i imagine much of this comes under circumstantial evidence, which there seems to be a ridiculous amount of. a few cases of bad-mouthing, or people talking about their assumptions is one thing - but this? the mother had vocalized her wish to see her husband dead, was in a long-term affair, hadn't bothered to check to see if he'd taken any belongings with him (he hadn't and he'd even left his damn cpap machine), was constantly trying to get access to the money, clearly hated her husband, was emotionally unmoved by the situation, the body was found at a firepit on their property but there being no evidence of him doing any work up there that could lead to an accident, and then bullets were found in the remains... if you're looking at motive everything points to one person. you also have multiple testimonies from people who seem genuinely devastated and that paint a convincing picture of the situation and of the people involved. all of it together makes for a convincing case, and likely meets the criteria for probable cause.

If she’s really innocent she should stand and defend herself.

Man it’s easy to say she did it because of the affairs and stuff I’m not saying she’s innocent but from the jump they only looked into her no one else!

I didnt follow this case but i was wondering.... if they think he was shot in the house then went into the basement then how did she get him to the burn pile? He's a big guy and she's pretty small.....
@tlee439515 күн бұрын
I think there was a mention of some sort of farm equipment (a fork lift) next to the burn pile.

Gary was wounded in the house and most likely escaped out the walkout basement where he was shot again. There was a tractor that she used to put him on the burn pile.

He said he never met anyone who hated his father; your mother! See he lied right there. If you couldn't tell your mother didnt like your father how would you know anyone else didn't?

The daughter testifying on the mother side is clearly torn between the mom and the dad.
