Amy, I have never commented but I’ve been working out with you since you were pregnant with your first baby!! I love your workouts so much and I do several every week. Thank you so much for maki g these videos, for keeping me moving, and for being so encouraging! And I loved this pyramid format with the shorter high intensities. I just wanted to finally say hello and thank you for doing what you do! I tell my kids that you’re my workout friend because after all these years I really feel like that’s true😁 Oh and one more cute thing to share - my kids are trained that after every workout I do, after you say “great job everybody” they both say “great job mommy!” every single time💕

I know I haven’t commented in a long time because I’ve been so busy but this one I definitely had to give a comment. This was super super awesome. I would love to see more of this. Breaking the work into “small” (??) chunks makes it so much more doable. Like, I feel accomplished after 1 pyramid rather than feeling defeated by 30 seconds of huffing and puffing. Thank you, Amy!

I’m not typically a fan of cardio workouts, but this one was great and went by so fast! I’d love to see more cardio pyramids!

I'm sweating as usually but energizeeeed! 😄 Thank you Amy for what you do, you keep me energized, fresh and happy!🥰 I also love the heart sign (dark in the upper position on your right side), I always look at it, it's like reminder that I exercise with love, for me and for being happy 🤍

This is a great format ! It gave me time enough to recover so i could really work hard on the shorter intervals. I didn’t think i could do plank jacks - until today 🥰

This was fun. I like when Amy reminds to take slower. I am that kind of person who use to do workout as hard as possible, so it's good to hear that you don't have to always push your heart and muscels on the edge.

I loved this workout. The lower impact intervals let you catch your breath (somewhat) and then power up for the jumping intervals. I could do cardio like this all the time.

Loved this format! Would love to see more of cardio burn! Like others have said when you know it’s 15 sec, you can really push yourself and then you get a little breather

This was a great workout. I think the pyramid format is very effective for cardio training. I also felt that I could have done with a longer workout of around 40 mins. Thanks Amy

I love all your formats, big fan of your kettlebell metcon workouts, but I really love pyramids for the variety! This is a good length, I think doing an interval for each move would be good too for a longer workout! Thanks Amy!

Loved this workout! I'm usually iffy about pyramid workouts, but this was great. It didn't feel as "long" up and down the pyramid. Definitely do more of this format! 💜🏃🏽‍♀️

Enjoyed this! Felt like a lot of jumping but that’s ok. The one I can’t get my head around is stepping out to the corners with a punch- never know where I’m going with that one.

Hi Amy, it has been very hot here in the Netherlands the last few weeks, not very common for us! So sweat is dripping but i love it. After nearly 6 months of bodyfit by amy i found out about myself: i love some repeats! It make my form better and its easier on the brain! But i love it all. Never saw myself as a 5 times a week girl. But now i am! Thank you! O and i was wondering: is the BAC also fun as a vegan?

Cardio workouts are always tough for me but this format makes them way more manageable. In this video specifically, I had a hard time choosing the "moderate" pace for the top of the pyramid. I kept wanting to push hard even for the longer rounds - but that's on me. Overall, this format is super for cardio though!
