Early in my fitness journey I had a couple bad experiences with "boot camp" workouts that left me feeling nauseous and shaky, and I hadn't tried one in years. Luckily I previewed this one and thought "I can do this." I did, and I challenged myself to go hard enough to need those rest breaks. I will be saving this to my favorites, and am proud of ways I increased intensity while keeping it standing and low impact--to the point of needing to towel off the sweat! Thanks, Amy.

The kickboxing is my favorite and works well in my rather small area. I work extra hard on those segments. My ears caught on to the new acoustics creating an echo. It boosts your volume so your vocal folds don't have to work as hard. When I need more of any moves, I pause you, put on a song that matches my tempo, and play through it with the move with any necessary modifications. (Makes more sense with a weight, forgot the core, alternating because I can't figure out which side was back etc.)

Loved this workout! I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I did majority of the mods but added 2 3lb weights (was super active pre-pregnancy so please no one do this unless you were really active before and your body is accustom to the weights!) and it really heightened it perfectly for me! I love the new space! I was able to do 6 burpees at the end. 5 years ago only able to do 1 burpee at Retro. I've been doing Amy's videos for about 18 months and the results are astonishing. Lost 13 pounds - 5 of which Ive been trying to loose over the past 15 years. I am excited to see more videos in the new space.

I love how you upped the intensity in the 2nd rounds. My favorite ❤ Bodyfit workouts use an "active recovery" (low intensity exercises as the break) after high intensity cardio rounds instead of longer rests. It feels friendlier to the heart & time flies! In this workout we had minimal rest after high-cardio round 1 before starting low-cardio round 2 (in the same circuit). I loved that! Most of all- your encouragement gets me through workouts...and days... when I just don't have it in me. There's no way you always feel as positive as the persona you project on screen; and we all appreciate your dedication to helping us feel good, your message, your hard work! ❝𝙄𝙛 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛.❞ Thank you 🙏
