Amy, I enjoyed this workout so much!! Mother of three and a nurse, I often workout with you in your videos to help keep my immune system strong for working in the hospital during Rona. Thank you for acknowledging that most people watching are mirroring your moves. HIIT workouts are usually really intimidating to me, this wasn't easy, but I felt like I could handle it and I'm definitely going to do it again.

I’ve been doing your kettlebell workouts for years. This was my first dumbbell workout and I LOVED it. I will definitely be exploring your other workouts (just saw you posted a new Pilates video) in the future. Thank you for helping me become stronger and happier!!!

Love the length of your videos like this! Perfect for a busy life and if you add in other things like walking/running. I love your routines, but would love one with combo moves that don't have as much twisting as I have recently had an issue with a knee and the twisting has been hard. I would love one for the old ladies like me that have had some joint issues! Thanks for all you do.

Hi Amy!! Thank you for your variety, your care in teaching us to do these exercises in good form ie being conscious of the back!!!! (THANK YOU)!!! Just one thing, I feel powerful when i am doing the videos with you, you are sweet and conscientious and beautiful and obviously in glorious shape. I was wondering if inserting those positive powerful statements instead of 'know your'e getting tired' statements would be ok?...? ish....

I’m 5 and 1/2 months postpartum and enjoyed this so much! I’m just starting to incorporate a little abdominal flexion and rotation now so it was the perfect level of abdominal work for me. Thank you :)

Pro trick: you can watch movies at Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.

Yes, you should never do any type of workout, without doing a total body dynamic warmup.
