Amazing, accidentally did a 25 lb kettle ball swing at the end -- it was amazing but I just grabbed the husband's kettle ball. Great strength - day 15 no sugar. Feeling amazing with the diet on top of it! High fives!

This is definitely my favorite compound move workout!! I was able to use appropriate weight for my upper body but then you really hammered my lower body. Thank you, Amy!!

Short and intense! Just the way I like it. I really enjoyed the curtsy to row to high pull. Thanks Amy! Your workouts are perfect for a busy mom just like myself who can't dedicate an entire hour to working out. :)

I am loving how burningly, deep breathingly, wonderfully HARD these workouts have been! I don't know if it's the compound movements (yes) or the pacing (yes), but we are killing it! Thank you Amy... Also, I challenge YOU to use your 15s on those bicep lunges next time, you are strong and you can do it!
