Some nice wave and water texture footage. I didn't care much for the soundtrack or attempts at humor, but the real travesty was the lack of talented bodysurfers. I held on until 22 minutes in and not a single one able to actually make a wave. Maybe they only put the kooks and closeouts in the first 22 minutes, but that's the extent of my patience. Go find some footage of Sperling or anyone at Point Panic if you enjoy watching watermen bodysurf, because this is pitiful for its lack of waveriding skill. I'm pretty sure we're supposed to celebrate the artistry, but bodywhomp after bodywhomp is just boring. Competence in the water is a beautiful thing to watch and there's not much here.
