Boeing 747 departs SFO seen from Westborough Hills (SFO Plane Spotting)

2011/02/06, I tried a different spot that day. Too far for the naked eye but the camera has a decent zoom lens. Still, hard to keep it still on the moving aircraft from so far away, just a slight motion and the image shifts by a whole lot.

Hi there, I was looking at that place on google maps, westborough hills but it says it's closed. Maybe it was a business name in the same place, or maybe they stopped people from filming planes there? What do you think? I am wanting to fly there to do some filming, it would be nice to have this view for a time lapse but don't want to get in trouble either for filming. I guess it's still legal in USA to film from a park if that's where it is. Hope so

@@britoca Thanks, yeah sorry i noticed your reply in someones drop down menu. Do you think it's safe for me to just stand there with a tripod. I do worry if the police came if i would get arrested but like you said it's public property.
