BOEING 747s at Beijing (2001-05)

In the early 2000s around 15 airlines still operated the Boeing 747 into Beijing including the classic 747-200, 747-300 and 747SP. Slowly but surely all these airlines have and are replacing the Jumbos with mostly twin engine aircraft. JustPlanes filmed this in 2001 and 2005 and here are the airlines you can expect to see on this video

You can still see runway 36L/18R had 747 taking off and landing that time… last time I saw a 747 landing on that runway was two years ago with a Air China Cargo 744F
