I have a question. I actually never seen the fuel increase during takeoff roll as seen on the EFIS Panel. Increased from 10.9kgs to 11.4kgs.

fuel sloshes around while the aircraft moves. because airliners dont use volume as a measurement, and uses weight instead, when fuel moves, it changes weight. this also affects the fuel weight in descent, usually only in private jets i.e. CL60

On takeoff, you keep your hand on the throttle to make the rejection by pulling them back. On landing, to turn off the auto throttle by pressing the button that stays on it. During other times there is no real reason.

Without the auto pilot 🧑‍✈️ they are taxi drivers ok! Not one of them is capable of flying and aircraft without autopilot! Sad but true! I was a once an avionics specialist engineer! I know this for a fact ok! Many years of experience and the true reality of things
