Look at the number of available tertiary placements compared to the number of application received, ... crazy! Of the available placements, are these the placements available to citizens of South Africa only? Have the tertiary institutions kept a quota aside for foreign applicants? How many undergrad applications are not South African citizens? There are just too many youth who have been given a pass to enroll for tertiary studies. Those whose applications are rejected, what are they going to do in a poor economic environment? If there is no money to invest in furthering education and only menial jobs with limited affordable public transport, what to do?

Not the department of water works. . In May there will be a new department on top of the department of water works ...The department of water and shit ....All the water infrastructure ie...dams , channels , pipelines , sewerage .....assets will be transported to the water and shit department... They will go overseas to borrow money against these assets .....The spokesperson....and , I am not joking , said ...They will make sure there are taps in our water ... .
