Oh no, poor Jade! I read an article about a year or so ago about this guy they gave a cee word death sentence to that he used fenbendazole(puppy de-wormer) to get rid of his cee word and it worked!! That other animal de-wormer that has been in the news they called horse paste might help as well? The comedy name for it is Ivansrectum. LOL The fen med is basically animal de-wormer that is used for puppies! I can't promise it will work but I don't think it will hurt either especially if she's running out of time? It's given to puppies everyday to get rid of those spaghetti worms that exit the exhaust with no or very minimal side effects. You might want to up the duration of the dose to 1 week though, the ceeword is a bit tougher than worms.(if she lasts that long?) Makes me sad to hear Jade isn't doing well, if you try the above I hope it helps, so sorry to hear this news.

@@MrDMikeM Maybe, if she can hold on long enough for it to work? Those "conspiracy" alt news people claim it does. There are other things I read about I could share as well but yt would delete my comment before you would have a chance to read it. They have done it before, I'm sure they would do it again.

You know if you treat Jade with one of the meds we discussed, it wouldn't hurt to treat the boy as well just incase? The stuff is cheap enough and if it works out you might want to trat them every year after; New info is pointing out that ceeword is caused by parasites so it would make sense that those 2 mentioned would be helpful. Prayers out to Jade for a total recovery.

@@MrDMikeM Well just know this, in our "medical" systems there is no $$ in cheap cures. The $$ are in making a customer for their now shortened life to have their symptoms treated. Basically when someone goes to college to be a doctor they are indoctrinated in a system that teaches them to be glorified drug dealers and alternative remedies are something they are trained to dismiss immediately, just so you know. There is a snowball's chance in heck that your doc is awake and will help you but more than like not, sad to say. Maybe tell the doc both dogs have spaghetti worms coming out of their butts so you get 2 doses you can try on jade? I think you can still buy fenbendazole over the counter too, at least I was able to about a year ago from eBay.

How's Jade doing, is she hanging on? Hopefully she's feeling a little better today?

She is getting better each day. We decided to keep her on antibiotics to see how much she recovers. She just wasn't expected to survive and now she goes out to bark at coyotes every night.
