It's some sort of rhythm game music contest for BMS. BMS officially stands for Be Muse Script, but you can think of it as BeatMania Simulator for PC. Participants make their own music, BGA(Music Video), and BMS chart and.. yeah I think that's all.

BOFXV (BMS Of Fighters eXtreme Violence), aka "BOF2019" This is kurokotei's submission for this year's BOF event. The first link in the video description takes you to the event page.

@@normalguy2762 The BOF series of events is the largest music making event for BMS, which is a music game. Creators make the songs, charts and optionally a BGA for it. (See BOF2004-BOF2013, G2R2014, BOFU2015-BOFU2017, G2R2018 for past events) The website has the event schedule. Later on, all the entries will be released for people to play and vote on, and scores will be tallied at the end of the event.
