On your patch diagram: Nothing goes into QPAS and QPAS is silent without input so nothing goes into Starlab… Is there a connection missing between the Blinds and the QPAS?

Yes I must have forgotten to put that cable into the diagram. There is a single cable (the black one down the middle) that must have been going from Blinds into the QPAS in.
