Šarena dolma je tradicionalno jelo Bosanske kuhinje.Jedinstven spoj više ukusa povrća u jedan,kombinacija paprike,paradajza,tikvica,hrena i punjenog luka.Puni se mesom i povrćem sa pirinćem i zajedno krčka u rerni.Poslužuje se kiselim mlekom ili pavlakom.
SASTOJCI
700gr. mesa
1 mala šoljica pirinča
2 luk
Središnji deo tikvica,paradajza
4 paradajza
2 tikvice
3 paprike
4-5 krugova luka
4-5 listova hrena(račtana,vinovog lista,zelja)
Ulje,so,suvi začin,mlevena začinska crvena paprika,biber,peršun.
Napunjeno povrće zaliti sa 500ml.pilećeg bujona i 500ml.sosa od paradajza.Količina tečnosti u posudi koja treba ići u rernu treba biti 2/3 posude.Zatvoriti aluminijumskom folijom i u zagrejanoj rerni na 200c krčkati 40min.

Colorful dolma is a traditional dish of Bosnian cuisine. A unique combination of several vegetable flavors in one, a combination of peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, horseradish and stuffed onions. It is filled with meat and vegetables with rice and simmered in the oven. It is served with sour milk or sour cream.
COMPONENTS
700gr. meat
1 small cup of rice
2 onions
Central part of zucchini, tomato
4 tomatoes
2 zucchini
3 peppers
4-5 onion circles
4-5 horseradish leaves (račtana, wine leaf, cabbage)
Oil, salt, dry spice, ground spicy red pepper, pepper, primrose.
Pour 500ml of chicken broth and 500 ml of tomato sauce over the stuffed vegetables. The amount of liquid in the bowl that should go in the oven should be 2/3 of the bowl. Close with aluminum foil and simmer in a preheated oven at 200c for 40 minutes
