Actually, Eren already knew as well as everyone else that Reiner and Bert were Titan shifters, they're plan was to act as if they didn't know and capture them. That's why Eren acted as if Reiner was joking when he revealed himself.

@@jiminjamboree Basically, Reiner straight out tells Eren that they're the Armored and Colosal Titans, and that if he came with them willingly there wouldn't be any more reason for them to break the walls, at that moment Eren says to himself "I have had a lot in my mind since yesterday". Eren remembers that Sasha brought back the background report from the scouts generation of Eren and the others, Hange saw that Annie, Bertholdt, and Reiner came from the same place, so it was likely that if Annie was a Titan shifter, Reiner and Bertholdt would be as well. Eren doubts this, but then Armin figures out that Reiner acted suspicious when fighting the Female Titan, and that she ran in the direction where Eren was right after Reiner escaped from her hand, probably writing a message on her hand with the blades. Hange finally gives the order to act normally and lure Reiner and Bertholdt inside one of their HQ and capture them by surprise. That's why in that scene everyone acted so weird, because they figured they were titan shifters, so they kept their guard up while trying to act normal in case Reiner and Bertholdt tried to do something.
