We have only been to Cartagena, and Bogota is on our list to visit soon! The funicular ride looks interesting, and you guys did a great job vlogging it albeit the rainy day. We just visited the #5 restaurant in the world in Lima, and just recently came up with a new appreciation for upscale dining, and can't wait to try El Chato ourselves soon! Keep up the great job, guys!

Did you eat at Central in Lima? We opted to try Maido, since we were craving a more sushi focused meal. I wish we would have done both though, we've heard great things about Central.

Loved Maido! We've eaten at about 30 of the top 50 in Latin America so far...we'll definitely check out your Central video. I think our Lima feat Maido is a couple of weeks away...still catching up!

I love funiculars! Love your shots in the cloudy weather, yeah you missed the views, but it's really atmospheric. Loved the cinematography inside the restaurant too. The food looks unreal. Was it expensive?

Stunning church but what a shame about the weather. This happened to me in Sapa, Vietnam. The weather made the experience very different. We couldn't see anything outside from the cable car. Wow, each of those dishes look incredible! I feel hungry now.

Great view from the funicular...fun to be in the clouds at the top... If they are the best restaurant in Colombia, I guess we will have to go when there! The questions is...can Go Travel On The Cheap afford it?? 😂😎 The black crab dish and the fish of the day look so mouth-watering! What, no bloopers at the end?!

So many questions. 1. What is your top 5 restaurants there? 2. Any suggestions for places to stay? 3. Is it safe?

Yes, we always felt safe there. We lived there for 3 months. The Parque 93 area was great to stay. Safe, lots of restaurants to walk to…it was great. As far as restaurants go: El Chalto, Harry Sasson, Salvo Patria, La Bibliteca (in the Four Seasons), Osaka (sushi, etc)

Oh, another restaurant near Parque 93 is Black Bear, we really liked that place too! Went there a bunch 😀
