The repair guy is not fraud. I'm a paralegal at a law firm. If the mom or dad gave the body shop the okay to speak with their daughter, it was okay to handle business through her. They would have to be the ones to make a claim though, not the daughter but the daughter could come with the parents since she was the one speaking to the repair shop. The lady mentioned the car being hers because it was bought for her but legally it's not because it's based off whose name is on the car at the end of the day (title) and it's clearly not hers if he mentioned someone by the name of Rufus (likely the dad). Judge Mathis be so quick to respond rather than understand and that bothers me with some of these. Smh
