The plaintiff and defendant dated on and off for 13 years, and they have children together. The plaintiff says the defendant cheated on her with her cousin and got another woman pregnant. She’s suing for back child support. The defendant admits he cheated, but he thinks the plaintiff was also unfaithful to him. He has doubts about being the father of their first child, so he petitioned the court for a paternity test.
