You really can, both hands are very playable. You need to take it one hand at a time. Practice only the blue or only the green until mastered, then practice the other hand until mastered. Then attempt both hands at once. It’s kind of a 3 step process. Most synthesia songs seem unplayable bc lots of notes but compartmentalization is key.

Did this during our schools performance of we will rock you. I was in the band, and this song was such a joy to play. This is the best piece of music ever written. not specifically this version but I can't think of any other piece of music that does anywhere near what this does. More of a never ending, constantly changing journey that plays havoc with your emotions. So perfect in every way. the ending is the best bit for me. from just after the climactic rock part finishes.
