250 grams of pumpkin, grated or cut into matchsticks. 125 grams of rice flour 50 grams of brown sugar. 125 grams of young coconut, grated. a pinch of salt to taste. Banana leaves. Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Knead the dough with hand. Wrap the dough with banana leaves. Approx 2-3 table spoon in each banana wraps. Steam for 30 minutes.
