I want to make these for my van for quick privacy when having lunch at a rest stop. Nothing heavy..easy to pull over and put away when ready to get back on the road! Fun project!

I have what my grandmother called t- stoppers, crocheted round pieces that slid onto the afghan hooks to keep the long stitches on the hook, they ate really cool. They are single crochet circles, ten rounds, will hold upto 2in loops.❤

I love tunisian. And I was looking for a valence to make. And I have some #3 yarn. However, I will have to practice pulling up a longer loop. It just isn't natural for me. lol. Thanks for the tip at the end of the elongated loops but I have discovered lots of uses for stitch markers and I will just mark it when I make it. I have found it is saving me lots of unanticipated creativity. I love the look of these curtains.

Ha! I'll bet anyone alive I in the 1970s has seen curtains very similar to these. ❤️ Tunisian has always been my favorite of all fiber arts - it can be quite addictive. 😉

Im new to your channel and i can't believe i hadn't found you before now. I've been crocheting for years and I've using KZbin for patterns and inspiration for the past couple of years now. I definitely need to have a go at these. Tunisian cricket is something ive not spent much time on but this pattern makes me want to start right away! Loving your other channel as well! 💜💜💜

This is the first video that clearly explained Tunisian, thank you! 🥰 I’ve done a Tunisian single or double instead of a chain to start out which I really liked, since working from a chain means the base of the project will be tighter than the rest, no matter how loose the chains are. On a side note, years & years ago I had a knitting machine and made curtains from white cotton with a loose stitch, they looked nice & I really liked them. Sadly they were either lost or damaged in a move.

Hi, I wanted to use this pattern for my boat curtains. I have a couple of questions? Is there any way to do a decrease on one end to make a slanted side and also where does the rod fasten in for hanging?
