This guy makes me sick. He's supposedly the most feared litigator in the country yet was made to look like a fool by Elizabeth Holmes. The things that he did to people and employees for her and for money makes me physically ill. It's people like this that perpetuate a society of greed and dishonesty. Did he never do his due diligence while harassing and threatening honest whistleblowers?! How has he not faced repercussions for this? Him and his colleague Heather ...

He has no moral compass. A lot of lawyers don't.

During her legal deposition, she is trying to shift blame on all those false claims made in all those magazine articles onto him. The fool doesn't know what is going to hit him. He probably will have to testify in court sooner or later in her upcoming trial. And he and his law firm were paid by her in (ultimately worthless) company stock, so this asshole had a financial interest in keeping Theranos whistle blowers quiet.

Definitely listen to him if you want his brand of 'success'. I don't know how this guy sleeps at night.

He doesn’t care about ethics, it’s all about winning. I don’t think I want to be “successful” like DB.

I lost all respect for this guy after the theranos/Elizabeth Holmes case. This guy is clearly overrated, getting his way by threatening people and use dirty tactics, nothing more

"Lawyers from Boies’ firm had targeted one of the key early whistleblowers against Theranos, a once high-flying medical tech startup on whose board Boies served. The company’s key claim was that it could provide fast, accurate blood tests using tiny amounts of blood; the whistleblower revealed to authorities, and later to journalists, that test results had been manipulated. Theranos and its founder were banned from the medical testing business for two years. The now greatly scaled-down company reportedly needed a large private equity loan last month to keep its doors open. The story of Theranos is reportedly featured in a forthcoming film titled “Bad Blood,” in which Jennifer Lawrence is slated to play the role of Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes; no word on who, if anyone, will play Boies."www.palisadeshudson.com/2018/01/boies-leaves-a-trail-of-bad-blood/

Congratulations to David Boies for making it to court via the G. Maxwell shoutout. I guess the secrets to success is deeper then he admitted in 2010.

A man of quiet disposition, the consummate professional. Jimmy Stewart and Henry Fonda would have delighted in playing Him.

I like Mr. Boies. He can be fooled, just like all of us....and no one can be held accountable for any client that is a LIAR, right? He's doing good by the victims of Maxwell-Epstein and frankly all alone.
