In America, eggs bought at the store are already washed.This method looks interesting, but I just smack the bigger end enough to crack it a bit, then place the eggs in the pan with enough water to cover the eggs by about an inch and put the lid on. As soon as it boils, I turn it off and wait about 10-12 minutes. Then dump the hot water and poor in cold water to cool the eggs enough to handle. You can use ice if you want to cool it down quicker. Next place one or two eggs in a small sealable bowl along with enough water to come about a third of the way up the egg. Put the lid on and shake for about 10-15 seconds and the shell comes right off.

Странно, если яйца моют заранее. Для длительного хранения сохраняют естественную оболочку, грязную. Если ее смыть, то открываются поры скорлупы, внутрь могут проникнуть плохие вещи (бактерии). У нас яйца не рекомендуют мыть заранее. Может отмывают или оттирают от сильной грязи, но надо сохранить естественную пленку сверху. Не знаю, надо провести эксперимент - отмыть несколько яиц хорошенько, с содой и мылом, и посмотреть на разницу =)

My just bring eggs and water to boil. Cover it, leave it. 10 minute later come back drain the water and rinse with cold water 15 second. Then easy peel off. Nice eggs😂

I am convinced your method is effective, but it is lengthy and time consuming. It takes less time to tolerate the minor difficulty of removing the eggshell from an egg that has been boiled directly. That is a matter of individual preference. Thank you for your video!

Correct - i have to concur. Two things not to stuff around with and waste time (a) peeling boiled eggs (b) peeling onions -- Onions are inexpensive and it is a waste of time being particular and stuffing around in peeling them.

Eggs sold in the US are already cleaned (which is why they need to be refrigerated since that removes the natural anti-bacterial coating), so I think I can skip that step, but the adding of vinegar and soaking for 5 minutes is something I have not tried. What I usually do with boiled eggs is soak them immediately in ice water and when cooled down, take them out to dry, first in a dish towel and then paper towels. That helps a bit but they don't look as good as the eggs in this video. I'll add the vinegar step to see if that helps even more.

前段費事过於複雜,只講後段,水滚立即熄火,用餘温煮继续煮蛋便可,基本上泡在熱滚水內5分鈡便全熟了,想吃溏心蛋便提前取出就得啦。

Я люблю яйца "в мешочек", когда белок твердый, а желток в середине жидкий. В крутую только для салатов. А столько чеснока есть не каждый может себе позволить, особенно если нужно общаться с другими людьми. Мне рецепт не подходит.

This seems simple enough. What have I not tried to have nice boiled eggs? Everyone has difficulty with this, including restaurants. I have tried so many different suggestions. I will follow this one too, if it works I will say "Magic!" too. And if not, at least I had hope. It's the TIME, eggs were very expensive recently and are now affordable, and I would love to have a bunch of them so neat and appetizing as this!

Эта рецепт делают уже в детский сад !!! Попробуйте моя рецепт : твердо варение яйца нарезать на кусочки = 1 см добавит чеснок от пресса потом крапива / сначала моем в холодная вода и нарезать на 0, 5 мм / добавит ложка уксус _ столовая ложка и 2 столовые ложки оливковое масло + соль по вкус ! Приятного аппетита ! Guten Apetit : lass euch schmecken !!! Это рецепт делаем в Април и Мая , когда появляется свежая крапива ! Можно исползовать и свежая салат : Eissbergsalat !!!

La vidéo est très bonne, bien conçue et bien expliquée. La recette est excellente. 🥰 Je ne connais pas cette langue donc j'ai utilisé les sous-titres. La traduction laisse vraiment à désirer... Le texte est écrit en gris foncé sur fond noir, donc difficile à lire. Il semble donc que la vidéaste ait fait un bon travail, mais que KZbin (ou Google?) n'ait pas été à la hauteur... 🙁

One tip I learned to use is to put half a teaspoon of baking soda in your water before you boil your eggs or as you bring it to a boil. It helps separate the lining of skin underneath the shell; also, when your water starts to roiling boil, cook for 10 minutes, then pour half the boiling water out of your pot, add cool tap water, then place a couple of hand fulls of ice into the water to cool. Much easier peeling.

超市膠盒裝雞蛋,不清洗直接用水喉水,水滾熄火,再等兩三分鐘後把蛋放在冷水中,最後剝殼完成。 如果是散裝紙盒,就簡單清洗才去煮。因為膠盒包裝的已經在出廠時候篩選、清洗、消毒、上膜。

Попробуйте и твердые яйца с чеснок , свежая крапива в апреле и мае , уксус и 2 ложки оливковое масло как и соль по вкус ! Можно и свежая салат / Eißbergsalat !
