Boiled Sweet Corn, In Coconut Milk and Butter, Best Tasting! Trini Style

This boiled corn on the cob Trinidad Style is really the absolute best I have ever tasted! Hands Down!!
This is packed with flavors, straight down to the cob. It’s really a must Try !
Ingredients
4-6 Corns 🌽
1-2 cups coconut milk
3 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning or Cajun
2-3 stalk Culantro (chopped)
2 stalk Scallion or Green Onion (chopped)
Fresh Thyme
1 whole pepper
3-4 pimento peppers (chopped for flavor)
4-5 gloves garlic (chopped )
Onion (chopped)
Fresh Celery the leaves is available
Cook corn for about 20-30 minutes
Serve & Enjoy!
