No heat effects the cooking strategy when we cook on gas stove and on wood burning stove.The heat produced by gas is instantly with high temperature and constantly with high temparature which does not gives cooking a good taste but on wood burning stove the flame has a strong and rigid constantly low temparature.which better suits for cooking.
