I could see them adding a stealth war bonus to the trials tbh. They have been node to pull shady things in the past without saying so. So it wouldn't surprise mw if this is super difficult. Just my thought.

Fully expected a soft requirement beyond Illuminati and Annihilators after the soft requirement of Spider-Society for the OML trials. Kind of surprised that it's as old as M4M, I thought they'd be pushing a more recent team.

Tbf for older units, scipley could just increase thier stats like crazy. +10,000% health, damage, defense, focus etc.

9 days is good enough time, plus the event is going to be about 5 days. Honestly, we should've got those units up already. Mine have been maxed for a few weeks. (Except Zswitch) If you don't take war seriously, that's your fault. People that have a wide roster will have an advantage. As they should. In my opinion we should hoard about 20m for the Scopely surprise team. They have a surprise team about every Scourge. I know y'all remember mandatory Minions.

Okey... so... I do not have Old Man Logan unlocked yet, I think I will get him next time his Trial runs... but I don't have him right now. Do I have a snowballs chance in hell of getting the basic unlock without him (ZIM and ZSW aren't great either) AKA are the Merc/Undying nodes doable without OLM at difficulty 8?

You will likely be able to clear D14/15 SK Trial 1 node to get him unlocked but this isn't confirmed. But, doing the trials normally without OML is going to be near impossible I think....

Do you think that Investing dpc in 1Red captain Britain will make a difference for this trial at max difficulty? I've been debating spending for his red star Hoping to get one or two from the Illuminati showcase but they're being stingy

Are you going to buy the RTA pass? There might be a 4R in there, otherwise I would prob bite the DPC bullet after that point. I would try to get as many reds as you can.

On an unrelated note: i have a theory that after Shadow king, we could see Sentry be the last legendary before Prof X release. I say this cause of a couple of things: 1. Thunderbolts release wont be for a while, its often a couple of months after the vote before the team is released 2. the origins would mimic that of apocalypses release characters, 2 Mutants (SK & OML = Rogue & Archangel), 1 Bio (RH = maybe Sentry), and one mystic (Morgan Le Faye = Odin (kinda)) 3. Given his reputation as a superman figure in marvel and with the thunderbolts movie coming up, it would only make sense to make him a legendary level character. Could be off my rocker though, well see.

You can just do the first node on level 14 or 15 with some packs turned on. Use your strongest teams to beat it. That node looks really easy anyways.
