I’m a NYer living in SC and BoJangles is #1 in my book. I always get the 2pc legs& thigh with Mac and cheese and green beans. To drink a large sweet tea is a must. When BoJangles hit NY and NJ people are going to love it. Take care JL 🙏🏾

I lived in NC for more than a decade and (now back in PA) was pumped when I heard Bojangles was coming to Quarkertown. I’ve been a few times and there’s definitely a difference in flavor. If you ever travel to NC try it there for sure.

Bo's is the go to stop for northern folks making that i95 run down to Florida. I usually stay over in Fayetteville or Florance and his up Bo's for the night meal. Biscuits are good. Up north we just rag the Popoyes. Jollibee coming to take over tho. Good review sir. 👍

Bojangles doesn’t sell a spicy version of their chicken, it’s all the same. You’re thinking of Popeye’s chicken which you can order original or spicy chicken.

Bedford, Virginia checking in. Around here, wings are dark meat. We keep our chickens moving. Breast is white meat, everything else is dark. You can always tell when someone doesn't keep chickens. 😅 Popeyes is good stuff, JL! Glad you got to try some.

They used to be in NYC in the 80's. My mom's loved they biscuits and chicken. Last one they had in Brooklyn was on Broadway and shared the spot with Arthur Treachers. You should've gotten the Dirty Rice. They're fire. They breakfast be hitting too.

I grew up on Bojangles being born and raised in NC. The new stores they're opening some don't have bone in chicken. Also a lot of the locations done have their famous Cinnamon glazed and raisin biscuits. Also they were the first spot growing up who sold breakfast until close.

I haven't tried Bojangles yet since I'm on the west coast but I heard from more than a few that preferred Bojangles to Popeyes. Personally I think Jollibee's has the best spicy fried chicken and then it's Popeyes but I have been wanting to try Bojangles ever since my friend who lives in Virginia told me about this place years ago. Mikey Chen has also done couple vlogs on Bojangles over the past years as well and he loves this place. I love that they have one guy designated to make the biscuits, who also is the one that knows the secret recipe. JL, when you have the chance, you gotta try Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken. This is NOT Popeyes btw. They have the most moist chicken breast that I have ever had and I'm a dark meat loving cat. This place gives you aluminum foil wrapped around your aluminum big tray. Feels like you got homemade food wrapped out ready to be taken home. They have things that like yams, beans, greens, etc..the sides that people eat in the south. This was another very good vlog as usual, JL. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
