Cheesecake cake with white chocolate filling and blackberry filling ..irresistible taste, creamy and quick to make

SUBSTRATE:

200 GR OF GROUND BISCUIT (PLASMA)
120 GR BUTTER (MELTED)
1 TABLESPOON OF MILK
DOMAIN MOLD 26 CM..
BASIC FILLING:

400 ML OF SWEET CREAM
500 GR MASCARPONE CHEESE OR SOME UNSALTED CHEESE FOR CAKES (ELLA, KRAVICA...)
70 GR POWDERED SUGAR
1 VANILLA SUGAR
DIVIDE THE OBTAINED FILLING INTO TWO EQUAL PARTS!!
1 FIL-FOR THE FIRST PART

100 GR WHITE CHOCOLATE
100 ML OF SWEET CREAM
5 GR OF GELATINE (ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER TO THE GELATINE, LEAVE IT TO SWEEL, THEN HEAT IT TO BE LIQUID AND ADD TO THE MELTED CHOCOLATE)
POUR THE CHOCOLATE FILLING INTO THE FIRST PART OF THE BASIC FILLING, COMBINE AND POUR OVER THE BISCUIT BASE... ALLOW IT TO COOL AND SET

250 GR OF BLACKBERRIES
50 GR SUGAR
A LITTLE LEMON JUICE
5 GR OF GELATINE (SOAK IT IN 2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER WHEN IT SWELLS, HEAT IT SO IT IS LIQUID AND POUR IT INTO THE OBTAINED BLACKBERRY JUICE)
STRAIN THE COOKED BLACKBERRIES TO OBTAIN THE JUICE AND THE MIXTURE MUST BE COMPLETELY COOLED TO COMBINE WITH THE BASIC FILLING.
WHEN THE BLACKBERRIES COOL, COMBINE WITH THE SECOND PART OF THE BASIC FILLING AND SPREAD THE SECOND ROW OF THE FILLING ON THE CAKE
LEAVE THE CAKE IN THE FREEZER FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS OR 1 DAY TO SET UP WELL AND COOL
