Not shown here is after the Mexican invasion. Golden get more than half of his troop out to japan and he actually achieved Safari after killing the entire South African force with paratroopers behind them in the south. It was a very fun game for the axis

Golden tends to actually be pretty effective when not on some anchor nation (i.e. Germany, Soviets, USA) because he pulls out some wacky plays that as a minor nation would be easier to manage when not dealing with leading your faction. I will never forget his Mexican invasion of Japan via Siberia.
