One for all isn't fully integrated into his system yet or some of those kicks would have leveled a couple blocks around where he did them there's an on going theory that as the anime goes on his 100% is going to keep going up because it's not fully into his body yet because until he stops breaking himself with the quirk he won't ever be able to access his full strength like even if he tries to do while breaking himself because without the muscles is there to continue through with the punch they're never going to be as good as they could be
