I really like how Kuroo does explain that one of the biggest reasons he's into the whole "battle at the garbage dump" thing is because he wants to do it for the coach, but he's a bit embarrassed and tries to shake it off (although neither Tsukki nor Hinata seem to be buying that). Such a nice tiny thing~ And you're right about the importance of visualization! Can't give a volleyball example, but Yuzuru Hanyu, two-time Olympic champion in figure skating, does a Lot of image training, especially when he can't train normally for whatever reason (lack of access to ice/injury), and he often speaks about how useful and insightful that kind of training is.

Hinata and Bokuto chemistry is just unmatched even though they’re not on a team. Also it’s not mentioned but Akashi didn’t have a problem with setting for Hinata because he did tried to set in a way he saw Hinata likes from the matches, that’s why Hinata had so much time in the air and was able to do such an attack against Lev
