Am kind of glad they got them back together before stephenie exit, but I don't believe Eric ever loved stephenie, I he loved what she provided which was a caretaker. I would have loved to know about Eric's childhood.

Well without Donna, Eric's loving family would have pulled the plug on her ,so yes Eric owes Donna for his very life, half of his shares is the least he owes her.

Why cant erik negotiate a deal with donna other than half his shares of forester? Like he can offer to give a huge chunk of money to donna which bill eventually did anyways to get those shares from her. That would have been a better strategy to keep bill away from forester creations. So donna still gets a big reward and at the same time keeps bill far far away from any part of forester.

It was a mistake for Steffy to include Ridge and Eric in the Forrester buy-back contract. It still gives the Logans too much power. Ridge, the pushover, is married to Brooke, so that's already 25% to the Logans, and Eric is notorious for either being married to a Logan or losing half of his share to them. Felicia and Thorne should have been included instead.

The Forrester family wanting Eric and Stephanie Forrester back together. It could be happening. The intimate family dinner at the Fo mansion could be why Eric wanted his family with Stephanie there. Steffy wants it. Pam does. Thorne definitely waited this long for his parents to get back together. Ridge and Felicia Forrester wanted this to happen for their parents. And it could or may happen. Reason for Eric holding this intimate dinner at the mansion for him and Stephanie in the presence of their immediate family. It's a formal immediate family dinner at the mansion. Eric wants there Stephanie, Pam, Thorne, Ridge, Steffy and Thomas. Maybe them getting back together could unite the Forresters again. Making sure they never lose Forrester Creations to the likes of Dollar Bill Spencer again well then having the Forresters united minus no Logan interference or interruptions. Meaning Brooke and Hope are not invited to this immediate formal Forrester family dinner get together. As per invitation. Eric wanted no Logans there means no Brooke or Hope. Just united Forresters for Eric and Stephanie's sake. This is what Eric wants. And not having Brooke and Hope present there is what Eric wants. But if Ridge is invited. Brooke may think in her head given it's an intimate formal Forrester family dinner with Eric and Stephanie's immediate family means only one thing. Brooke thinks because she's married to Ridge and Hope is calling Ridge "Dad" doesn't extend the invitation of Brooke and Hope being there. Eric specifically asked for Ridge to be there. He didn't extend the invitation to Brooke and Hope to be there. They're not Forresters they're Logans. And it's a Logan-free immediate Forrester family formal dinner at the mansion without Brooke and Hope trying to extend them turning up with Ridge oh no. It would have been a disaster if those two Logans turned up uninvited to a dinner they weren't asked to attend only Ridge was invited not Brooke and Hope Logan.
