Cabo was a REAL GAME CHANGER for Steffy. After she and her family thought Bill's lie was real., She changed her ways entirely. Before, Steffy reacted and did things that was because of her insecurities but also because she had a unhealthy example of how to get and keep a guy(Taylor the constant loser AND Brooke the homewrecker who gets her guy no matter the costs). Having insecurities as a young girl/young woman can have very destructive consequences. Being with Liam at the beginning she opted to treat him as she did other guys but He had been a very good friend/Guy to her so she respected his decisions and stayed in his corner. It took awhile for Steffy to admit she loved Liam but when she did...she didn't try to push herself on him she gave him room to develop his love for her. Being his constant cheerleader, clouded and blurred the lines if their friendship when Liam proposed to her out of impulse and needing to be wanted and loved. So once Liam proposed it opened up Steffy heart which let her insecurities bloom more and she did things to keep the only thing she had good relevant. So once she helped Trap Hope in the Gondola she knew to make sure she kept her fiancee and secure their happiness was to get married. Cabo started out so wrong for them as well. But after the ATV accident Steffy had to admit she was only getting in her own way by listening to her insecurities and Bill and decided to tell the truth and to always no matter the consequences be truthful to Liam. After all is said and done Liam knows who is really in his corner and is a better mate for him and that Steffy. She just needed to grow into her own and I feel she has and she became a much better Steffy because of it all. Whenever Liam is with Hope is always looking for his bestie/cheerleader/confidante/EVERLASTING love Steffy. She is so much more to him than what #teamlope fans will admit. I admit Liam and Hope may have started out as starry-eyed lovers BUT #TEAMSTEAM is ENDGAME!!! Just like #teamBridge would say "it's their DESTINY" 😜😊😘💕💕💕

He just didn't give her security because he kept making her feel like he had one eye on Hope. Which was confirmed when he chased after her. If he had watched Thomas and Hope from a distance with a shrug, it would have been an answer to Steffy's questions. Liam did a lot wrong in his relationships / marriages with Steffy. They are an incredibly good couple with a unique chemistry.
