Caroline had it right she is a snob wanting to be the trophy wife but she was really just a conniving brat. Not only was she clingy but highly manipulative. People don't always stay together, they sometimes move on to other people. Caroline certainly wasn't Rick's first love or last. Maybe her personality was a turn off you need to have more going for you than your looks, clothes and make-up, plenty of women have that exact same thing. Putting other people down is not the most attractive trait and neither is bragging on yourself and over estimating your self-worth.

Heather Tom is brilliant at the dramatic scenes... she always excels but KKL never quite makes the mark, as Brooke the flighty SFTV she’s great but the drama, she never portrays that convincingly. That was painfully obvious in a later story line where she leaves Bill because he burnt down Spectra and punched Liam in the face.

I've seen a lot of negative comments about Bill, but the reason Brooke gets slammed more is because she's done this before. Bill and Brooke are both bullies, and they're both narcissists. With Bill, Brooke kept dangling her carrot in front of him, yanking it away, dangling it, then acting innocent when he took a bite. Brooke kept reminding Bill that she wanted him, that she was in love with him, but hen she'd say, "we have to stop thinking about this" and the way Brooke blames the wife for Brooke's affair with the husband, and the fact that she's a complete hypocrite.
