Bold and Beautiful S18 E177 - Bridget Defends Brooke from Stephanie

Brooke confides in Bridget that she had a conversation earlier with Stephanie, and that Stephanie threatened to tell Taylor about Brooke’s past with Deacon and Nick. Brooke feels though she’ll never be able to live up to Taylor. Bridget promises to stand behind Brooke. Bridget then pays a visit to Stephanie and lashes out against her for bringing up the past for her own agenda. Ridge over hears the children discussing the current situation and what it means to their family. Ridge reminds them to remember all the good things Brooke has done for them. This prompts all of them to visit Brooke and remind her just how much she is loved.

What did Brooke expect? Brooke saw their mother's return as an inconvenience. She wanted Taylor to leave the house. She told Taylor that this wasn't her home anymore and Ridge was no longer her husband and she needed to leave. How exactly were Thomas and the twins supposed to react to that. Were they supposed to be happy that their mother was getting put out of their house. Were they supposed to be jumping for joy. Brooke really thought she would have the support of Thomas and the twins.

blame the writers its not the casts fault. For example the Hope actress she used to not be as hated as she was back around these days. Why? Because the writers allowed the actress to explore the ENTIRE character and that means Hope's fathers side in her too. Such as fighting Quinn, breaking into Bill's house with a golfstick, defeating Amber at her own agenda etc. These days you only see the logan side. The writers have only allowed the new actress to be that side of Hope once and that was slapping Flo.

Wow, I had no idea they were so close. Brooke and Thomas, Steffy, Phoebe... That's kinda wow on my end lol. I was 10 back in 2005 so I did miss a lot back then thanks to school lol I do remember bits and pieces. So strange to see her loving them this much. The way she speaks and has spoken to Steffy and the things she says about Thomas.... Never indicate whatsoever this past relationship.

Bridget has her own agenda. Why is she pushing so hard for Brooke to stay with Ridge? I'll tell you why. One word. Nick. That's what's going here. Bridget is realizing that her engagement is in serious jeporady. Taylor has returned which means that there is a possibility that Ridge might go back to her. Which means that Brooke will become avaliable once again. Bridget is fearful that Nick might leave her and go back to Brooke. Don't let Bridget's act fool you. She is trying to protect her engagement. Bridget isn't thinking about Brooke or Ridge or the children. She is thinking about herself. She knows fully well if Ridge left Brooke to go back to Taylor that Brooke would go all damsel in distress and it would be Nick to the rescue. Bridget is seeing that she could lose Nick and so she is trying to protect her engagement at all costs.

They killed off the wrong twin. Phobe was always thinking of others while Steffy is always thinking about herself. Nowadays, Steffy and Thomas complain that Brooke took Ridge away from them when Ridge was with them the whole time that they were growing up. Taylor was the one missing while Brooke was raising them. They seemed to love Brooke until Taylor came back and started whispering in their ears that the Logans took everything from them.

What show did you watch??? Brooke did nothing but torment Taylor when she was married to Ridge, even when Taylor "died" , Brooke didn't waste a second jumping on Ridge and interfering in his family, she didn't even give them a chance to mourn, Thomas almost died of alcohol poisoning when he was a little boy because of Brooke's interference. Ridge may have been physically present during Thomas, Steffy and Phoebe's childhood but he wasn't a father to them, he was too busy chasing and sleeping with the wh*re Brooke. Brooke didn't take care of Thomas, Steffy and Phoebe, she didn't even take care of her own children. When Taylor came back they were teens and she never whispered anything in their ears about Brooke, they could see for themselves what Brooke was, and Brooke ended up destroying their family once again. Phoebe was the sweetest one and she would still be alive if it wasn't for Brooke's psycho son Rick, who like his Mama never paid for the pain he caused or the evil disgusting things he did.

@@kellymcquay2626 What show have you been watching? Brooke stood behind Thomas when he was wanting to start a men's line and Taylor and Ridge said no. The Tridge kids were not against Brooke until Taylor started brainwashing them that Brooke took Ridge. Ridge dumped Taylor for good when he found out that she had slept with James and hid the fact for over a decade while trashing Brooke every chance she got. He dumped Taylor for being a hypocrite. And why was Phoebe upset when she jumped in Rick's car and grabbed the steering wheel and mashed the gas pedal causing her own death? It was because she had found Taylor in bed with Rick. That was just as much Taylor's fault as it was Rick's. Phoebe is the one that caused the wreck by grabbing the steering wheel and mashing the gas pedal.

You know that the Massimo story is rewritten. Check out the Bridget paternity test story, and you'll see what I mean. Bradley Bell rewrote Ridge's paternity to do the Ridge/Bridget, Phoebe/Rick/Steffy, Thomas/Ivy stories.

Stephanie had manipulatively reel Thomas into her own self centered controlling deceitful scheming to breakup Brooke and Ridge by having Thomas saying he had sex with Brooke. Stephanie had manipulatively played on Thomas's still upset and anger over his Mom Taylor had given Steffy all of her own FC stock shares instead of splitting it between himself and Steffy. Thomas's own direct betrayal had totally destroyed his own good friendship , trust , support and faith with Brooke ever since that moment years ago. Taylor had even said to Stephanie that she had done mental damages to Thomas when truth was revealed by Thomas. Stephanie had cold hearted dismissively shrugged her own horrofic responsibility of doing mental damages towards Thomas off as if it meant nothing to herself at end a day when Taylor was done speaking as Psychiatrist and as Thomas's Mom towards Stephanie. I had actually liked this Thomas before Stephanie had manipulatively played him mentally and emotionally. 😑
