Yes of course; she is reclaiming back what is hers : Ridge; who was deceptively taken away by the cruel and selfish machinations of the LYING DUO Brooke and Thorne; they sequestered a classy lady who was traumatized and raped; and every moment was spent in strategically Brooke helping herself with Ridge ( even though Ridge was still in LOVE with Caroline) and Thorne helping himself to Caroline; and both never telling Caroline the truth that EVEN ROCCO and Stephanie knew!! If that is deception I don’t know what is…the letter was the last straw!! Clearly a traumatized lady made a mistake of marrying a deceptively obsessed man Thorne mistaking supporting gratitude for LOVE. What’s so hard to understand people; yes Caroline was duped by selfish self serving brooke and Thorne…now it Caroline slowly realizing her mistake and the depth of Ridges love ( unfortunately ROCCO told her only after the marriage; the declaration of love from the letter is being manifested every day in action BY RIDGE & BTW Ridge is using Brooke to make Caroline jealous most of the time)…people this is the angsty LOVE and Passion of CRIDGE people not Bridge! You see CRIDGE is the endgame and they do get married..as TRUE LOVE TRIUMPHS always ❤️❤️

Their relationship was never really geniune from The character of Ridge..he did not even love Caroline and never said even after she would. Their togetherness was lost way before Thorne and Brooke . Thorne treated Caroline way better and that is why Caroline chose Thorne over Ridge do the cheating .This couple also became boring and Bell Sr.knew it....Ridge and Brooke were the more exciting and chemistry laden couple.

Even in this situation, she takes risks, openly flirting at his house. Knowing that Thorne suspects her of intimacy with his brother and is jealous. Even on the evening when her husband was waiting for her from work, she accepts Ridge's offer.

Interesting… Duchess Caroline “warns” Brooke about Ridge in previous episodes about how Ridge is a womanizer and she should “stay away from him”. Yet here she is getting dangerously close and cozy close to the guy who was unfaithful to her and is warning Brooke about. It’s no secret Ridge is playboy. However, I’m starting to suspect that Caroline likes the attention of the Forrester brothers. Thorne is a safe choice while Ridge lights her fire. And she knows she can play one against the other because she has wealth, beauty, and privilege and doesn’t need to social climb for gain. More and more, I’m realizing sweet Caroline isn’t so sweet or innocent.

It's amazing to go back and watch the early shows again. I remember thinking the Stephani/Ridge relationship was twisted compared to her other relationships with her husband (which is why he turned and went after Brooke) and her other children. When they call out her favoritism for Ridge, this is before the whole Massimo Maronne storyline. That was another whiplash switch which turned her character hipocritical.

Caroline should never have gotten involved with Thorne from the start, it was foolish. Even if he was nice and supportive. Caroline was very co-dependent. From her dad, Brooke, Thorne. Her naivety was very inconsistent with her background - wealthy, educated, well-bred. And now all of a sudden she is a publisher. I don't know what the writers were thinking. Maybe now, deep inside she also wants to revenge Thorne, he admitted it was his idea to hide the letter. But Caroline didn't show anger towards Thorne, as she did towards Brooke. Maybe she is just as angry with Thorne, but now he is her husband.
