Also it is kind of the first time I feel there is a real connection between Stephanie and Eric, almost as if Eric was suffering this supposed betrayal. I mean in his situation, with their divorce about to be final other men would have just been disgusted and leave it there, good riddance. But he acts like he gives more than a damn. Hmm.

The double standard that men can get so upset when they find out their wife has secret life. Yes at 20 you think you know everything about life.And sometimes maybe depending on what you been through but most people are too young and inexperienced about adults things. Donna is finding that out now. Valuable lesson in hard way this is a very good storyline. His relationship with his mother is strange

The one thing I don't get that Eric is not realizing is that Stephanie there's a whole thing about her not feeling wanted by her man and her not getting any sexual attention now if you are having an affair for 20 years with another guy then you wouldn't feel that and then you wouldn't feel that your needs are not being met because they're being met by other by another man so to me if I thought about it if I was there I'd be like knowing a fair can be true because then she wouldn't be so wanting me so bad if she had a piece on the side but I guess women only think logically right haha!

What replacement writers? Bell was still executive producing the show during the '88 writers strike. The production company he owned still owned the show. The same story bible he put in place for season 2 was played out in full. When was he not writing? Seriously? Angela was a twist but hints of Stephanie's secret had been dropped since the premiere. No writers have been credited for months yet B&B chugs along consistently without incident? Yea right

They didn’t invent this storyline until much much later, and even then it didn’t make sense - would have made much more sense to say she had him in the period after Carrie Mitchum left the show and before the other actress came on. Donna was off screen for a lot of years. And all the other kids were SORASed, why not Marcus.
