So many dummies running around this soap. Eric, Brooke, Ridge, Thorn, Darla especially, Clark, CJ, Amber, Kristen, Eric, Deacon, Antonio,. The only people who have any sense are Stephanie and little Eric. I say little Eric because he has enough sense to know Deacon is his father and not Eric. Sally has her moments of foolishness but after she took a bullet for Macy she wisened up some. I would say after Brooke slept with her other husband she got a clue and left town for awhile. Brooke was something else. Still is. Bridgette tried with her mother so many times.

Eric: “Deacon, I’d like to drive my daughter home.” Bridget: “Daaaaaad!” Deacon: “No, baby, it’s ok. You go ahead with your dad. I’ll give your *mother* a ride. Oh wait. That comes later.” I’m not a fan of Amber’s, and I like Jennifer Finnegan’s portrayal of Bridget. But holy cow, did that Bridget-Amber confrontation scene make me angry. Bridget lets Deacon off the hook with barely a word or two, but she publicly humiliates Amber and forced her to act the Hester Prynne and publicly renounce herself and her feelings for Deacon? She didn’t pursue him. It was sexist and gross. I was actually uncomfortable watching the scene, and this is as a viewer who doesn’t even like Amber.

And he's supposed to be loyal to her, not Amber. 13:19 I dunno, but I feel that time stamp was the turning point for Brooke. She heard Deacon express his love for his wife and his desire to be the best husband to her, and Brooke at that precise moment decided this was her next marriage break up challenge😂. Hurricane Brooke will leave no marriage in tact😂

I believe Bridget struggles with a lot more then we know between this and then when brooke and Bridget husbands going behind her back so much plus like I brought up before you never see her son Logan it’s funny how everytime she visits she mentions why he ain’t there everytime like come on atleast I give her credit in that what so many did to her I wouldn’t want my child around that either but yes a lot of this irks me to I guess that’s why I had a lot of sympathy for her because she really went through more than some characters that would mess with anyone mental but I know we all just 🤦everytime she believes and takes back deacon, nick and forgives her mom
